KMT Advisory Board

KMT The Learning Group’s Advisory Board is expected to provide unbiased advise, direction and expert leadership to KMT The Learning Group President on matters regarding the management and use of event expertise when planning for public consumption. The board strives to act as a steering committee for KMT programs and events by offering a collaborative model within the community. The board of advisory is a working board with all its members creating a cohesive body of thought intended to hold the president of KMT responsible for the quality of work and activities being offered to the public with little to no impact on the environment.

The Advisory board considers the efforts of KMT The Learning Group a breakthrough in service delivery and will work to uphold a culture of dedicated by creating and sustaining highly effective relationships with all members of the community.

Jennifer Kolari
Child and Family Therapist

Child and Family Therapist Jennifer Kolari is one of the nation’s leading parenting experts and the founder of Connected Parenting. Author of Connected Parenting: How To Raise A Great kid (Penguin Group USA and Penguin Canada, 2009) and You’re Ruining My Life! (But Not Really) Surviving the Teenage Years with Connected Parenting (Penguin Canada, 2011), Kolari is the parenting expert on CBC’s  Steven and Chris show, and has appeared frequently on Canada AM and Breakfast Television.

Her advice can be found in many Canadian and U.S. magazines, such as Today’s Parent, Redbook, Parent Magazine, and Canadian Family. She is also on the health advisory board for Chatelaine Magazine.  Her entertaining workshops and insightful strategies, shared with warmth and humour, make her a highly sought-after speaker with schools, corportations and agencies in the U.S. and Canada. Kolari has been helping children, teens and families get connected for over twenty years.She lives in Toronto with her husband and their three children.

Dr. Ewa Antczak

A registered psychologist in the Province of Ontario. She is affiliated with the Ontario Psychological Association and a member of Section on Psychology in Education as well as Learning Disability Programming Recommendations Committee. Currently a member of the Advisory Board at KMT The Learning Group.

Dr. Antczak have been working as a school psychologist and a provider of psychological services since 2004 at the Toronto Catholic District School Board. Since 2001, she worked  as an Assistant Professor at the Warsaw School of Social Psychology where she thought courses on Personality Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Social Psychology, Emotion and Motivation Psychology, and Statistics.

She is also an author and co-author of several research papers that are related to psychopathology including Narrative mode in schizophrenia, Fear and alexithymia influence Public Service Announcements perception. She is also the author of several chapters in the handout on social advertisement: Propaganda of good hearts– handout on social advertisement. A presenter at conferences, professional development sessions, and workshops that included such subjects as social intelligence.
